Prosciutto is delicious as is, but if you want to make a fancier-looking bacon, crisped prosciutto does the job nicely. You can put it over salads or toast, or try it in a sandwich, etc.
Several Slices Prosciutto
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place a baking rack over a sheet of foil and fold the foil over the sides of the rack so it holds on to catch any grease that may drip off of the Prosciutto.
Tear up the Prosciutto slices into the desired sizes and lay in a single layer on the rack. Bake in the preheated oven for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool, as it should crisp a little more as it cools.
